Our algorithm checks for particular DNA markers pertaining to the trait in your raw data file to provide the outcome. A DNA raw data file need not necessarily contain all the markers used to generate every single trait in our reports. Even 2 DNA raw data from the same testing service can have a difference between the number of markers covered. This is referred to as call rates. This happens in genetic testing, with one of the reasons being sample quality, though there are other factors as well. So if a trait is missing from your report, it is highly likely that your DNA raw data did not contain the relevant markers that are analyzed for this trait.
